Flex is a great company to start your career. It makes you a jack of all trades, but always taking care of yourself as an individual. Their projects are interesting, and is easy to carve your own way through the organization. Your time and effort is valued.
Certain projects need to be better managed. It has an enormous amount of terms, and you constantly feel lost with the company's terminology. They don't believe in home office or remote.
