Great culture and standard working life. Appraisal hike equal to IT companies. Team outing and festival gifts.
less on site opportunity. old ERP System.

Not so strict with time.. the longer you stay in the company you will know how it is.
No much company values.. do not care with employees welfare

Nothing to say, is a great company
Anonymous employee
Great platform for fresher. One can learn lot of things. Great opportunity to excel your professional skills.
Need to increase salary standard. All the other things are satisfactory.
Engineering technician
Some wonderful people to work with. Very diverse group of people.
Constant layoffs keep you worried. Projects come in and once a process has been setup, the project moves overseas while the vast majority of employees are let go. The industry is very up and down.
Great Benefits. Competitive pay and they are investing on new machinery.
This was once a great company, but the previous owner stopped investing in the business before it was sold to Flex. As a result the equipment is outdated, and the building is seriously over crowded. Any kind of company culture is non existent. Now where to sit during break or lunch, had to sit down on any chair I could find, and one chair broke while I was sitting on it. This is the first place that I have worked where they do not provide prescription safety glasses, as a result if you need to wear prescription glasses you have to wear your everyday glasses or go out and buy your own. Also I have seen one of the ladies that works in the front office walking around in the shop wearing flip flops instead of safety shoes.
