Still presents serious opportunities to improve satisfaction oriented customer mentality where their customer service department in Mexico is still far from reaching maturity and solid service mentality. There is still a room to improve. They have everything to do and succeed, they just need to believe and start. Also many of the Programs Managers not really know the contractual terms

Limited growth opportunities or promotions

Was not with them long enough to find any Cons. Seemed to have their act together, and error on the side of the customer.

Contractually at the mercy of the client. The client dictates and funds all aspects of business operations, which at times means working with your hands tied. The per store head count staffing model needs to be updated. Little to no flexibility when it comes down to employee turnover or employee's taking vacation or calling out sick - impacts work/life balance. Front line customer service reps are underpaid for work that is done.

Some will felt very stressful for those new comer. Once adapt to the culture, nothing is impossible.
