Senior manager business development
Great opportunity to advance and get attention of other companies. You learn more at this job than any other I have ever had.
They grind you to the bone and expect more from you than is possible. Very cut throat industry and very political internally makes it difficult to get things accomplished.

Nothing as such, everything is good
Director
Flex is a good company with a good number of smart people, but the smartest don't stay around TOO long unless they are promoted into executive positions.
Low margins mean lower pay for middle-managers. When a customer departs, often an internal layoff occurs. This is common with a lot of contract manufacturing companies. Flex tries to protect their workers, but engineers in product groups are especially prone to layoffs when a customer's business goes south.
Hw project manager
Very well financially compensated including relocation.
(locally) Poorly managed resulting in cancelled project after significant cash discharge. Inexperienced in business skills as well as lack of planning.
Specialist
good learning and shift timmings
less pay and less appreciations
