Be prepared to committ 110% with little or no effect; environment way too customer-oriented, people feel irrelevant and belittled.

Schedule, only 2 breaks on 12 hour shift.

Like most manufacturing companies they are very concerned about the cost of IT. Thus more and more moved to low cost regions replacing US based employees.

lack of Career Opportunities

Low pay. Company speaks on how they are not a contract management company however when promoted they state they are a contract management company so their pay reflects that and it will be low in comparison with other jobs in the Bay Area. Benefits are not that good for being in the San Jose area. Low Pay, Expensive Benefits = Less take Home. 401k is subpar. Company Discounts are not that good especially with the companies we work with. Pushed to Layoff when you cannot afford to lose someone. Now are scrambling to do our work. Not allowed for overtime even though we layoff. Some things just don't make sense. If I find something else I will have to step away.
