Great learning Best place to start your career path Rich in values for the employee
Nothing much Cons with respect to organization. Monetary benefit can be improved as per market value.
Anonymous employee
Challenging. Fast paced. Talented co-workers.
Chaotic and unorganized at times. Weak team members not held accountable.
Vice president
Flex is transforming and driving Sketch-to-Scale. It is cool to be part of a company that manages design and engineering for start-ups and established customers, global supply chain, and global manufacturing. I also love how I can just raise my hand to get involved in a new area or new project - people are not put into little boxes here instead they are encouraged to branch out and learn new things and work on new things.
It is a very fast paced environment and Flex responds to markets and customer demands quickly. This can mean that a critical project is no longer critical and something else has taken its place. Not for folks who want consistent and structured jobs.
Bdm
Some great people there despite the narrow minded executive leadership
COmpletely unethical behaviour from senior divison management favoring friends and family over hard working team members treating flex as a family business for their own use rather than a shareholder company
Benefit is decent and working hours is flexible.
Not really organized. Upper management doesn't really communicate well with clients and has no business skills to run the whole projects. If you want to get some experience, it is ok place. However, not more than that. Flextronics is a manufacture company but trying to be innovative and trying to be a leader in the tech market.. However, at the end it is a manufacture company.
Good place to learn and apply new technologies.
So many management layers to have a proposed solution heard.
Failure analysis engineer
Annual Wage supplements, Quaterly bonus payout, Internal Training development programs
Unflexible working hours, below average annual wage increment
Super good work life balance
No as such that I found
Manager
Salary is decent for what you do, but recent changes put your daily tasks on par with a COR sales store and the pay is not cimparable.
Inability to weed out underperforming team members.
