Senior manager
MNC Culture and great place to work
Low Salary increase and need exploring internal opportunity
Technical consultant
Pay is pretty well considering the economy. Started at 14 an hour and the environment is. very friendly. Work was subcontracted.
A lot of pressure was put on employees because the company was subcontracting through verizon. People were in fear of being fired
Program manager
Management team is really good, I like the culture and the people that work there.
Very long hours, notr allot of recsourses availble to support what you need.
Anonymous employee
With its global footprint, Flextronics is a great place to gain valuable experience for recent graduates. For the right person this company can be a long term employer. Knowledgeable senior management.
Not known for paying well however that is understandable as they must maintain their profit margins. Quarterly Reduction in Force (RIF) activity is common dependent on customer orders and revenue. Poor work life balance.
Work pressure Vacation plans for few sites are awesome
Except Salary, nothing to say
Associate
There are no pros to working at this facility under the current management.
The GM is a micro manager and is extremely rude. Will make your life hell until you quit. The amount of turnover is mind-boggling that corporate hasn't noticed or cared. There is no safety program at this facility.
Handled 10 International Projects such as Cisco, Seagate , Honneywell, Avago, Juniper and etc.
Attend as a 1st Level IT Support in the company
Good Work atmosphere and good training will be given for freshers
there is no recognition for the qualification
This might be a good place to work if you need to do some penance.
The CEO spends his hours playing politics. Management from him on down to the ground level follow this one-two step recipe to success as Flex: First build up your little fiefdom, whether that is access to knowledge, data, or clients. Second spend all of your time defending access to those resources, even (especially) from other groups within the company. What you get as a result is an organization incapable of innovation despite an enormous reach and breadth because no-one at any level will allow access to their tightly controlled little corner of the world.
Senior procurement analyst
Great work culture and career opportunity
Salary hike is not that progressive
