Strong global reputation and stable relationships with leading technology OEMs. Good exposure to multinational teams and global business practices. Solid operational and manufacturing capabilities with strong industry credibility.
Cons
Decision-making can sometimes be slow due to multiple approval layers. Cross-functional alignment between global strategy and local execution can improve. Career growth opportunities are slow and can sometimes depend on program cycles. India isn't the core focus geography for Flex.

Most of the people are nice and good to work with. Of course this depends on where exactly you work within the plant. The benefits are decent and you get occasional bonuses.
Cons
If you are salary you don't get merit increases....at least since 2018. Bonuses used to be quarterly for everyone which has been reduced to annually for salaried employees. Hourly employees haven't received a bonus in more than one year although the company is profitable. Many highly valuable employees have left Flex for these reasons and do not feel valued.

The work is good and interesting. But when you consider upscaling, it doesn't allow you to prosper.

My manager didn't support my growth. I see that globally, Flex is getting awards for its well-being. But locally, it's the worst place to work. People like my manager spoil the company and the well-being. Nasty politics within the company.

A lot wellness programs for staff, practice good culture especially leaves are staff’s right and will not be penalised or reviewed in performance if fully utilised. Greatly empowered to do work independently and more than what we’ve have been authorised.
