Work culture Salary Learning Leaves

Don't expect for better increments, better salary, the leaders are very biased towards their workmates, they tent to choose who to OT. Currently the company is going for re-structuring so either you work well or able to take multiple workloads. Management can easily pick retrench you due to not able to multi-tasking.

Workload is too heavy and top. Management will push too hard

Was some clear favoritism for certain employees, but nothing out of hand.

No growth for seasoned professionals.

small size company that lack of support

- Very poor salary compared to industry - No scope of work in Flex GBS, specifically in supply chain departments - Management does not care about employee welfare

Not much forward progression. I don't hopes of advancing

Sometimes will remove shifts if no work order Lots of people

I dont see any cons in flex
