terrible management, too money minded until they forget the initial reason why game shops exist. no more passion, just money.
- Provide laptop. - Also provide company phone number when requested. - Colleagues that are young 20s-30s and friendly. Understanding boss. - Outlet crew are paid well.
- Late salary, which they will send a memo. - For my role I had to work at the 3 outlets for 1 month. Imo, it's a waste of time but management will justify otherwise. - Young colleagues also mean, inexperienced as well and might get frustrating working together. - HR is slow and uninterested (not dependable). - Boss makes decisions very slow when it comes to money related. - No free parking for staff. - Office crew are mostly Chinese. - During Ramadan, our Muslim friends only had half an hour break and go back at 5:30pm :( - No CNY angpow, no Raya angpow from boss. - Have some bad business model that makes them lose money but didn't take any precaution to stop it.
