no cons weh.. i said no cons

Not quite efficient, complicate risk and security process.

No downside of the company. Company has been treating employee well

May ask you to leave if you are not performing well.

it is difficult to try and get a permanent job status. You would have to at least have served as a contract staff for at least 1year before they consider you.

A strictly regulated industry, therefore expect to be in a strict work environment.

You need to know the game of politics for your career advancement

After passing all the exams (which is not too hard since you spend quite abit of your time studying), you will be encouraged to join as a Life Planner aka insurance agent, which is something I do not really like.

Defer decision making, career advancement opportunities are very hard to come by. We can appreciate more active engagement from senior employees.

so paper work in manual form

as this is a sales-related role, you need to work hard to find your own client base, and work it from there. You might need to put in extra hours to see results.

Though i cannot say the same applies for all departments. If you have friends in the company, good to do a quick check about what the environment is like as it makes or breaks how you show up to work everyday.

Learning management system here needs to be improved so that can trace and improve agent's learning experience.

1. Bureaucracy can be prevalent 2. Nobody looks at end to end alignment and optimization, each dept pretty much left to do their own things their own way..

Bosses tends to overlooked hardworking employees instead they like employees who know how to socialize. (office politics)

The location is heavily congested especially during peak hours. IT system quite old and slow.

Lack work life balance for certain job functions

No fixed salary, no proper guidance from management

IT not in CBD area, far from home
