Pros

You are basically paid to study for the CFMAS exams: including M5, M9, M9A and HI. You also receive product and sales training by experienced professionals.

Cons

After passing all the exams (which is not too hard since you spend quite abit of your time studying), you will be encouraged to join as a Life Planner aka insurance agent, which is something I do not really like.
