upper management demanded a lot from our direct managers, things that were out of our control. managers won't promote people if fear that their role can't be filled. hired people who weren't physically capable of doing their job so that responsibility fell on everyone else.

Workload is very high to sustain

Management don't want you to visit your hometown. So if you're not from Bangalore then this company is not for you.
