No strong processes in the organization

1) Limited or no growth opportunity 2) Continuous restructuring specially in Sales function 3) Poor Leadership across all departments 4) HR practice non exist just show there presence during Town Hall and company meeting that they are doing great jobs but actually don’t do anything for the development of employees.

None to think of !

The use of outdated systems and software

I honestly have not had any issues working for Haleon! I would refer the organisation to anyone.

I worked for Poland branch. Most of employees hired in last year were polish and 90/100 women.
