Currently the management just implement new project "Nexus Project". - Working place is too hot ( production ) - No proper training provided to new joiners even you already have experience. - Superior will expect you excel in all your tasks even you new joiners. - Can't go back early, you need to work extra hours due to attend and settle quality issue. - Less benefits to staff compare to others industry. - No subsidize for canteen. The food price at canteen is too expensive.
