Good salary, able gain experience (applicable to those with previous work experience)
Toxic Culture among senior staff and lower management. No support or guidance from senior. Expect to do 2 person jobs as lower management will pass their job to you. Not sure what are the lower management are doing since you will be handling their work. Certain departments with mostly senior staff are not supportive and a hindrance to your work.
Company is good and well established
Long timer bos is the main problem there. Poor benefits

Colleagues with same ranking are quite friendly. very framing frame work. if you do not like to think, just follow steps and SOPs rigidly, this is good for you.
high turnover, obviously management has a problem, but had push all the blame on executive. so call strategies are so redundant which talk about mainly on price. dense with medium management who do not know how to manage people, jobs, task, goals and KPI. too much lies on JD where you had no decision making power, even on replying customers emails. everything is very template and chatGPT basis.

Need to catch up really quick otherwise u missing the train

Still has Chinaman attitude, best to reduce micromanage

Not so much benefit, only Insurances, Medical Card and Travel but its also depend on your rank.
Good for fresh graduate, you can learn a lot and add more skill here
but no career growth and in my department they does not appreciate their worker
Pre-covid or during covid was okay, company was doing good. High salary for fresh graduate
Now is going downhill. No bonus. No gratuity. Bonus need to compete, only top 20% performers got bonus which is only 1 month pay. Worst environment for woman in operation. Women are less-likely to be promoted in Operation.
