Terrible pay. They train you to do various jobs to cut back on hiring the staff needed to execute. Even with doing they, they will not pay you your worth.

Exposure to many different types of clients. Pitches were aimed at giants and also newer fun companies. Ideas are valued for what they are not where they came from.
Many people working on pitches that dont know each other. Structure can sometimes be a bit hectic to be productive in.
