Senior leadership has a bright vision for the future that is centered on meeting employee needs.
Unfortunately, this vision does not trickle down to all accounts
Account supervisor
There are none, massive turnover on all accounts.
Stay far away - not how it’s made to seem.
Good for people who are trying to get experience in advertising
Too big and employees tend to get stucked
Analytics
Great office, great location, smart people, great creative analytics capabilities. I have worked here for some time now and have really enjoyed my time.
Changes in senior management combined with the loss of a couple key accounts has put the company in a hard place. But, as the industry goes, there are lulls and bumps.
Chief dei officer
Havas is a welcoming environment that supports it's employees.
Nothing negative. This company is great.
Assistant marketing
Leading company worldwide and in France
too many women as undergraduate. Top manager only men.
Pays well and access to good work

Project management
Vibrant and busy work environment
Can be too hectic and disorganised
Assistant account executive
Exciting work and fun people
Long hours and lower pay
Art director
A 4 weeks holiday per year and a 13th paid month per year
Not so many opportunities in Costa Rica as the market is small
