Anonymous- salaried staff
- Friendly people and colleagues, with many bonding sessions and activities. - Conveniently located near the train station. - Flexible working arrangements. (For non-sales only)
- The management is toxic; the C-suite often listens only to managers without observing or clarifying, leading to wrong decisions that can negatively impact employees' careers. - Motivate your staff instead of expecting motivation from them. - Reward employees who have stayed with your company for a long time and supported you during challenging times. Pay them what they deserve rather than suppressing their compensation. - Focus on retaining employees and building a solid foundation. The current team consists mainly of juniors who lack sufficient experience. - High turnover. Due to their branding, they can easily hire intern/junior to fill the replacement. - After being in business for more than 10 years, it's time to establish a clear direction/KPI instead of frequently changing it, as the company still operates like a start-up. - People are easily replaced, as the company believes in the tagline of "working where you belong" - you may quit if this is not your place, without truly understanding the employees. - Promotions only happen when a senior or manager leaves and they need a leader urgently. There is also a biased culture where promotions and salary increments are only given to those who are favored by the management.

Very incompetence, clueless, favouritism leaders. “Startup” but hierarchy like a corporate. Always changing and shuffling things but when does not go well, the leader will give an excuse “Oh, we are startup” even company already more than 8 years. They even blame “wrong hiring” like previous review that make the culture toxic even though all the key person, top performer, long serving employee left because of the management incompetency. Hello, who made that hiring btw? Not enough for you to have a culture interview in a hiring process? Now, blaming wrong hiring?

Offer me good salary then nothing.
No value, no morale, not everyone super experienced here. Mostly junior and interns that know well in promote fake good brand on social media. No offer increment amount as promise
Great colleagues and very flexible work arrangement. No micromanage/toxic manager, but depends on teams and who's your manager.
There’s no career growth here unless you are a fresh grad, which might be a good stepping stone for you. The company is not doing well financially either, so it’s practically impossible to get a promotion or a raise no matter how good of a job you’ve done. KPIs are just for show, you won’t get anything even if you hit your KPI every quarter. The company always makes bad decisions, and when things go bad, it’s the employees who have to suffer, not the upper management. For example, they over-hire followed by a layoffs, leaving the remaining team members to take up the extra tasks.

The company culture was good
No commission is given unless 80% of the sales target is achieved, along with 4 hours of talk time on a daily basis. The management will issue an MSS to employees if they feel the salary is too high.
Some colleagues that are nice and supportive
Unethical work practices within the headhunting team especially between upper management and one of the subordinate. Unfairness and biases when it comes to decision making on resources and promotions. Personal intimate relationships between higher ups and subordinate which leads to unprofessionalism as well.
good team building and culture, very easy going team and good management
KPIs may be hard to achieve and the stress at times are high
