Anonymous- salaried staff
Mar 10, 2026Pros
- Friendly people and colleagues, with many bonding sessions and activities. - Conveniently located near the train station. - Flexible working arrangements. (For non-sales only)
Cons
- The management is toxic; the C-suite often listens only to managers without observing or clarifying, leading to wrong decisions that can negatively impact employees' careers. - Motivate your staff instead of expecting motivation from them. - Reward employees who have stayed with your company for a long time and supported you during challenging times. Pay them what they deserve rather than suppressing their compensation. - Focus on retaining employees and building a solid foundation. The current team consists mainly of juniors who lack sufficient experience. - High turnover. Due to their branding, they can easily hire intern/junior to fill the replacement. - After being in business for more than 10 years, it's time to establish a clear direction/KPI instead of frequently changing it, as the company still operates like a start-up. - People are easily replaced, as the company believes in the tagline of "working where you belong" - you may quit if this is not your place, without truly understanding the employees. - Promotions only happen when a senior or manager leaves and they need a leader urgently. There is also a biased culture where promotions and salary increments are only given to those who are favored by the management.
