- If you are someone driven and like solving problems independently, you'll love it here - Regardless of title, you are treated equally (they focus less on hierarchy and more on your performance and work) - Open door policy, you can easily talk to top management and ask for support or help and they will be willing to help you - People are great! If you need help, most people are willing to offer their support
Could be seen as cons depending on who you are: - If you are someone who moves slowly, you will not enjoy it here. Things change quite a bit when you're trying to push boundaries so if you cannot adapt or cannot pivot quickly, you won't survive. - People are very straightforward, if you are not performing, you will be given honest feedback and if you cannot take it, don't join.
Connecting with new people everyday, putting yourself out there and, challenging yourself to always strive to be better!
The fast-paced environment can be challenging at times, especially when managing multiple clients and targets. However, it helps you build resilience and strong time management skills.
young and positive colleague, cool working environment
things change quite a lot to adapt to market needs. need to be resillient to keep up
- Fast paced culture so if you like learning a lot of things, this is the place to be. If you cannot handle things moving and changing all the time, which is common for a startup, this might not be for you - Great colleagues to work with (everyone is friendly and helpful all the time) - Transparent leaders. Actually the leaders are quite transparent if you are open to talking to them - they are friendly and have an open door policy. - CEO goes down to the ground to work with the teams. Can see that they are moving towards a less hierarchal structure which is good for a startup
- This could be a pro/con depending on the person but decisions and direction change a lot. This is really common though for every start up so if you're someone who cannot adapt fast enough, you'll find it difficult. - A lot of employees initially joined because the culture seemed 'fun' and they thought they could come in and just enjoy. However, being in a startup means non-performance is even more evident and at the end of the day, you need to be able to achieve your business goals. A couple of wrong hires made the culture toxic for awhile and there was a lot of non-performers clearly expressing their unhappiness because they were held accountable for their results. This has gotten better over the past couple of months.
Friendly colleagues, amazing leave benefits, flexible
No direction of growth. Not organise Managers are bad
Can't think of anything - but it gave you high school/college vibes
Unstable Leadership: The CEO frequently changes the management team without a clear strategy or direction. This constant upheaval has created a lack of stability and coherence at the top. He needs to step down as CEO. Misaligned Spending: Despite frequent claims of financial difficulties, the company continues to spend on events and initiatives that don’t seem to contribute to our core objectives. This misalignment between financial claims and actual spending erodes trust among employees. Ineffective Leadership Team: Many leaders and managers lack experience and strategic vision. Valuable team members who have shown capability are often forced to leave, which further hampers progress. Chaotic Growth Strategy: There is a strong desire to grow, but it’s not backed by proper planning. The hiring process appears disorganized and lacks strategic focus, leading to inefficiencies. Overall, the company is in desperate need of leadership and strategic overhaul to address these fundamental issues. If you’re considering joining or staying, be prepared for an environment with considerable instability and uncertainty.
No pros at all. Not recommended.
Team leader are stupid. Toxic environment.
Standards are high, projects move quickly if you can show its value. You're allowed to lead and create impact regardless of your experience level, as long as it's well planned and you take accountability. Your impact is limited purely by your willingness to get involved. Lots of trial and errors, but the process happens fast and is valuable to me. The best part is the people. This obviously changes in time but relationships here are genuine in my experience.
The management and growth structure is still being built, expectations are very high, benefits are relatively low so it can be stressful for those who are not prepared. Not recommended for those who require lots of guidance and support.
Mostly great colleagues who are young and passionate
The constant change in direction can be tiring
