There is literally none, any they had sunk when corporate greed took over
Leadership, work environment, pay, transparency. The higher ups in the company are not any type of leadership you can grow from. And HR is generic human robots except you would get more from an actual robot. Only leadership will get good raises and promotions. Work hard but get treated like scum. Petty workplace drama within departments. It’s worse than high school
