Associate sales support representative
Easy to get the job. Free fruit and hot and cold drinks.
IMCD will tell you that having entrepreneurial skills is a big asset what they mean by this is that the training on a range of complex operating systems is dreadful so you have to learn them by yourself. As a result, staff turnover for this position is abnormally high. There is no training department. Mistakes are made frequently and the processes and software programmes the company uses would be better suited to AI. The workload as a consequence of this is stressful and the pay does not reflect the effort required to keep your head above water.

Company has a good reputation, great benefits and generally your co-workers are very nice. This is a large coorperation, this always comes as a double edged sword. Great place to learn.
The company treats you like a number, will make changes that benefit stockholders while ingoring employee needs, managment (depending on the branch) can feel as if they are faking being genuine/distant or worse. HR does not have employee interests set as #1 on the list. Often found myself working late and on weekends,
