the Human resources people are very friendly and very caring and help out others that encounter difficulties in work
the area often having traffic congestion so employees are encouraged to use public transport
very grateful to work in this company the working environment is very peaceful and serene
even the internet speed has upgraded but it may be slow sometimes due to high demand
Only pros I can think of were the occasional interesting events and freebies
No journalism ethics whatsoever when it comes to creating articles. No freedom of opinions because the management fans flames of politics and competitions between supposed teammates. Instead of friendly competition, teammates are often pitted against each other to breed unhealthy and two-faced friendships. Very unwelcoming community that makes you feel like an outsider until you conform to certain cultures or behaviors. Felt like I was in high school again with all the cliques and gangs. Management practices victim culture where any mistakes made by them are instead turned around and pinned on employees instead. Overall, the environment was so toxic that I left before my 3-month probation period ended. Would not recommend anyone joining.

Not much career opportunities, can hardly grow in terms of salary
Team are very young and energetic
No upgrade in terms of pay and career development
