Pros

1. Working environment is probably on of the better ones out there. 2. The people here will end up being one of the few life long friends. 3. If you're a fresh grad/intern, it's a good starting point. 4. Very forgiving to mistakes.

Cons

Zero appreciation to craft. As a creative, if you want to do more, you'll end up being punish for it. They expect fast turnover for visuals when campaigns are usually planned throughout 1 month but they expect it within the week. You'll end up doing a lot of projects that end up being dropped/halted and they won't update you on the status of it. Expect to be a video editor/videographer/photgrapher/web designer/graphic designer/motion graphic designer/animator/illustrator - literally expect to be everything. Resources are limited. You shoot with an iPhone that isn't compensated from the company. You won't have a laptop/desktop to work on - expect to use your personal equipments. They hire people who doesn't know the latest trends or doesn't even know how to manage their own timeline. Force unrealistic timelines towards creative and blame us for our incompetence for not being able to execute when they were given briefs 1-2 weeks earlier. As creatives, you're not included into meetings to understand the brief better with the strats, you're just doing extra work because there's zero discussion. Just executing blindly. There is a lot of hidden politics as well. So you need to play your cards right and say things mindfully without causing any politics. 1 small thing they will complain to HR. Lots of kids mentality thinking where the adults here can be quite childish. A lot of things all casually agreed upon but zero follow up - so like I say, a lot of "doing work blindly" nonsense. Zero accountability for people who mess up. They can't stand people who have different opinions from them. When you voice out your opinions and thoughts, you're immediately shut down. When you try to negotiate on timeline too often, they suddenly imposed deadlines thats between 1-3 days on top of your day-to-day work. A lot of picking and playing sides. If you're not good at office politics and have an opinion of your own, this is not the place for you. You're expected to be 10 people in 1. Even when you stand your ground, they'll find ways to pick on you and blame you for things you didn't do. You're ask to self-reflect but the person who causes the problem doesn't reflect themselves.

Pros

- Colleagues are very friendly and helpful - Good work-life balance - Managers genuinely care for your wellbeing

Cons

- Very disappointing career development opportunities. With little to no room for growth. - High turnover rate and management seem content on hiring fresh faces and adopts a "people are replaceable" mindset. - Lack of recognition of work done from management. - Employee development doesn't seem to be a focus of management, instead they're more concerned if you hit your pageview KPIs. - Increments/promotions are minimal and there doesn't seem to be any proper structure in place. - Management implements an open-door policy (which is good), but are often very dismissive if there are areas of improvement on their end. - Very autocratic leadership style.

Former employee - manager

Pros

- the cons you see in everyone's reviews here are all true. - young culture team - near to LRT Abdullah Hukum & Midvalley/Gardens Mall - nothing much of the pros since theres no career development and low pay

Cons

- before came in, they had a mass resignation due to overload, bad management and favoritism. - other reviews here say management give fake hope and the promise is not the same once you got in here which is true. HR likes to sugarcoat ALOT. - they have all the money and time to hire people but they choose not to and let the new staffs do all the previous staffs' work until became overload and burnout. 1 staff had to takeover 2 previous staffs' work - during onboarding, they gave heads up about the transition and can let HR know if new staffs feel overload with work but when we raise the concern, they asked to hold on for another 2 weeks when it is already 2 weeks of being burnout and overload work. - they also guilt trip the staffs who raise the overload concern into thinking our mental was not strong enough for the job when it is actually the management who were supposed to hire more people after the mass resignation. - management won't listen to your concern and give solution that doesn't make sense. they couldn't be bothered to think of the consequences before giving us the solution. - the 'solution' they gave are ineffective and a failure since after new staffs left and another new staffs came in, they are still overload with the work. - after staffs fighting for their rights and fair treatment, HR threatened in withholding staffs salary until the handover was given to the newcomers. HR gaslighted in saying this is the SOP for resignation which doesn't make sense. - HR tends to manipulate, gaslight and sugarcoat alot which for sure they will respond to this review and say they will improve which theyre not going to, - once you got accepted, they will lowball your salary and all teams had to work overtime after pass working hours including on weekend without any pay OT
