Technical account associate
Infobip has a great environment. Everybody here understands and replicates the spirit of the company, and are very friendly and helpful. Also, I received everything that I needed to create my own office at home and the onboarding process was amazing.
I can't see anything to complain here, to be honest
Sales manager
I have been working with Infobip for longer than a year now but I would not recommend.
The middle management is completely toxic and inexperienced.Am talking about Regional Managers and Sales Team leaders. What happens is they send fellow croatians to every country the operate in to lead. In Africa as has happened in Canada and else where I have seen 70% of the staff leave. Let me give an example .Promotion is based on the colour of your skin and the country you come from. If you are white croatian you have a very good chance in the company if you shut up and smile and tow the line. Otherwise if you are especially not white or from Croatia you are better off somewhere else.
Devops engineer
Awesome company to work for. They realize their people are their biggest asset and try really hard to keep them. Regular pay raises, bonuses, other benefits. Managers are equally reviewed by their subordinates, as they review their subordinates. Everything is made transparent in communication. There is whole system in place to make sure you are happy.
Nothing that I personally experienced.
Customer care engineer
This is a really good company, they take care the employees and thread the staff as a family. There are opportunities for growing up. Infobip has brilliant future as a telecommunication company.
The salaries could be better for some position.
Presales engineer
Great people, great culture and interesting client names. Company where you can learn a lot and boost your career.
Fast growing pace sometimes create chaos which is normal in this type of fast growing organisations. Work life balance can sometimes be hard.
Programme analyst
Work-life balance, Good Team, People across levels communicate with you with a humble mindset
So far, in my 3 months with the company, I can not think of any cons
Finance
Great company, great people, great culture
Constant changes, processes not defined
Partner development manager
Strong SMS business footprint in the market.
Lacking of a clear and long lasting company direction. Push an immature product/service to the market too fast. The company still in a startup mindset.
Internal communications expert
Great teams Great knowledge share
Some of the work is done in clusters
Project manager
Good learning opportunities across infrastructure, working methodologies, and global operations, within a technically complex environment operating at true global scale. This scale brings real-world challenges and exposure to complex systems and customers, although it can sometimes be difficult to quickly find the latest information or identify clear ownership for specific micro-services. Colleagues are talented, motivated, and generally open to collaboration and knowledge sharing, which makes day-to-day work both productive and enjoyable. Despite significant growth, the company still gives individuals room to take ownership, make decisions within their role, and influence outcomes. The company’s growth story and market position are genuinely strong, providing long-term stability and exciting opportunities. Lateral moves and internal mobility are supported, enabling horizontal career development and exploration of different roles within the company.
Decision-making can at times be slow or lack clarity due to multiple organizational layers, which can make internal processes feel slow. Teams often operate with their own workflows, impacting resolution times and in some cases, extending delivery beyond expectations. Career progression is possible both vertically and horizontally, but moving to a new grade does not always come with increased responsibility or meaningful growth opportunities.
