Customer support engineer
Good salary, perks and opportunities .
Asking to go back to the office.
Vendor master data specialist
What I love the most about Infobip is the feeling of the community. My coworkers are wonderful and no matter what department I'm in contact with every one is friendly and willing to work together.
There isn't anything I would currently change or complain about.
Sales
Super atmosphere in the company, good leadership.
Many Information in the beginning.
Sales and account manager
awesome multicultural in the company, work life balance
the opportunity given to the local for senior position are limited
Junior software engineer
Good starting salary, excellent onboarding program, great people! Overall good work-life balance, a LOT of opportunities to learn and grow
Salary pay date latest possible, that could be improved for sure. No benefits - mobile tariffs are meh, not even Multisport is fully covered. Very "Croatian" mindset in some aspects like those mentioned
Senior software engineer
- organisation into teams of 4-8 people works well - flat organisational structure - truly agile approach - modern tech stack - good education budget and opportunities, yearly conference for developers
- there is ESOP scheme but no IPO yet :)
Great colleagues. Positive atmosphere. A lot of freedom to do what you feel is right. Great CTO. Good benefits. Good company financial results that are driving a good future IPO.
Company leadership is constantly pushing rapid expansion, product deliveriea and company changes, primarily due to IPO evaluation. This causes havoc on almost all company levels. The middle and upper management are uncapable of balancing the growth and increasing pressure. The product quality suffers greatly. Unfortunately, development practices are far from “serious” IT company. The company has recently started “caring” about every penny and this looks really cheap in employee eyes.
Account manager
All workers outside Morocco are amazing
Very poor management in Casablanca office
Content marketer
Diversity - people from different nationalities and regional offices contribute Open Work culture - All the leaders are very approachable Hybrid work policy - freedom to choose between WFH and office
Slow and long processes, multiple approvals
Company is very agile in terms of adopting any new technology Engineers in Croatia and Russia are terrific Flexibility in terms of picking any technology or framework It's a developer-centric company
Your career path and appraisal solely depends on your manager The attrition rate is high, due to internal politics in India and favoritism All the key positions are held by people from 1 specific company There is always fire-fighting happening in the office, daily, or sometimes hourly deployments. It's like a big startup.
