Some management headaches, frequent organization restructuring, unclear job descriptions/responsibilities for new roles, frequently changing job metrics, low pay comparative to industry

not enough resources for some brands

Poor leadership, work life balance is terrible, reliance on old mainframe. Pay is good but work hours are terrible.

Many redundencies, they hire and fire within few years

Restructing resulting in lots of turnover

Pay, management, short staffed, no resources , no budget

Location and pay not the best for me.
