Great people and an over-abundance amount of food.
Promotions and raises are slow. If you commit 10-15 years you can make a decent living but everything is truly vendor dependent. Some vendors are extremely hard to work for. Truly take the time to understand why a position is available and who you are working with. The turnover rate is shockingly high. I did not expect that from a fortune 500 company.

Fun atmosphere, room to grow and advance your career, pay is fair and there is a nice commission structure enticing you to overachieve on goals.
As it is a large company, change can be quite slow.

I've worked at a number of companies and culture is the most important to me. I want to work with a group that is pushing each other, collaborating, having fun, taking chances and empowering its employees. Thankfully I found Ingram's Business Intelligence department (well, they found me). It is a start-up like environment where projects move fast, work evolves daily, collaboration is a requirement and fun is ingrained in the culture.
Would prefer that vacation and sick leave were in their own buckets, but minimal gripe.
