- Most people seen as expendable, I was there when 100 people were laid off. - Knowledge/skillsets transferring to overseas support branch, but not as efficient as local workers. - Christmas parties were cancelled, no real team-building functions or events. - Limited staff benefits, most were taken away to save costs.
