Toxic culture where being a "yes man" gets you ahead. Only work here if you have no opinion and want to do whatever you're told. The whole company is organized around building up the egos of the men at the top, who think they can do no wrong and silencing anyone who tries to stand up to them. Horrible, miserable culture where careers go to die.

Previous FP&A director has no knowledge of business and good at being two faced and bragging. Warehouse Director are quite two faced and only good at using people, and he is super lazy, not work on every Friday except meeting with his boss
