Vibrant company with so many opportunities.
The company is always adapting to market demands.
Sr. engineer
hmmm, still thinking of it....
Since going public, the company has steadily declined and now operates in an extremely toxic environment. The culture is dominated by excessive micromanagement at all levels—especially from executive directors—who interfere in every detail while deflecting blame for their own mistakes onto lower-level employees. There is no clear path for career growth or development, and communication across teams is virtually nonexistent. Employees are not aligned or working collaboratively—instead, it’s a culture of self-preservation where everyone is more focused on covering themselves than delivering quality work. Responsibility is routinely avoided, and finger-pointing is the norm. Most people are there just to collect a paycheck, with little engagement or motivation. Layoffs are handled without transparency or empathy. During the holidays, some employees were laid off without prior notice—they found out when their badges no longer worked upon arrival. Their desks were packed in front of colleagues, and boxes handed to them at the door. Additionally, employees are expected to work extensive unpaid overtime, sometimes exceeding 20 extra hours per week....This is not a joke, my manager works 70 hours a week and he is behind all the time. I have worked all Saturdays 4 months in row and that's what they expect.

Best Company to work, and every day, it's new learning.
Nothing that I faced during my time
Senior solutions sales specialist
The employees make the job fun and sane
Underpaid and do not have access to view obtainment in commission in cloud at Ingram micro. You do a lot of extra job roles while others who have the title don’t do as much as you.
Software engineer
- There's always work to do - You learn a lot about the core business, so there is a pathway to transition to management/business/project management if that's your goal
- Poor WLB, depending on the team. Some teams need to get on meetings with on-shorre (U.S.) teams, which eats into your time out of office. - Not much scope for technical growth, which is to be expected from a business-driven company where tech is just a cost center.
Configuration associate
Good compensation and health packages available. Good coworker interaction. Lots of resources available for employees.
Very bad upper management, talk about losing up. Extremely high turnover, many people did not last the first few days. Company has as a soulless and careless culture.
