Company could do better with internal customer relations on a smaller scaled within its logistic locations.

It's all about the numbers. As soon as they changed service and support to a foreign country, the whole company changed at it's core. A lot of great talent left, or was let go, and we were all reminded that we're just numbers.

Many big changes during my time there — can be seen as both good and bad

other people is just not supposed to be doing what they supposed to do, mangers are sneaky, and like to use favoritism.

The leadership is blind and have their heads up their butts
