pls don't spoil your carrier by joining Ingram Chennai. For getting incentives sales team will treat you like a slave. 3 persons work will be done by a single person. Daily you need to work for 10 hrs Friday- 12 hrs

They hire and if you don't walk on water you are gone - one manager there told me we hire and if they can't do the job to what we expect we fire and hire another. So they don't really care about your long term career unless you are part of the inner circle of popular folks - lots of cliquey politics as well - not an environment you can feel safe in if you are not one of in folks
