Areas of the company have really nice people . If you work for a great manager you can be treated fairly and given opportunity.
They downsize every 12 months and the direction of the company changes - people are so overwhelmed and overworked. They are owned by a Chinese company that has so much debt that financial institutions are scared off. Highly political, corporate office is disengaged. They pay hardly over minimum wage for many of their entry level sales and warehouse roles.

Teams work very well with one another. Understand the overall goal is to hit a quota and bring the business through Ingram. Ability to further your career is available and managers are understanding when leaving a division.
Very strict with the written rules. 3 years of Ingram experience is essentially the same to 1 year of outside experience. Are not willing to pay you for a position unless you met their exact criteria, even if a vendor is telling them they will pull the offer.
