NONE, absolutely NONE and I repeat NONE!!!
Horrible place to work, no training provided to staff yet they expect you to know how to do your job or figure it out. If you don't figure it out after a month you get written up. Former boss was not helpful and won't even listen to your complains or try and set up training for staff. They just expect you to figure it out or you get fired.
Product manager
high salary can work mobile no politics
impossible target no leadership messy organization chart
Anonymous employee
Job security due to a vendor paying for your position, benefits are just ok. Managers work with you when you need time off.
Cubicle farm, high school mentality among co workers, if you have worked here longer than 10-15 years it seems like the best place ever to work and if you are 22 with your first job you have no reference to anything better. No real room for growth. 3 steps up and they try to keep you in the position. They don't seem to look at past experience in reference to where they place you. NO sick time.
Senior associate
Work-life balance, Upper management is awesome, A clear SOP is always present and being updated from time to time. There is proper training before going production.
Salary is not that competitive.
Good collaborative environment with lots of opportunity to advance if you are willing to work hard. Very talented and hard working people across the board.
Work life balance can be tough, especially in operations
