Some old HR leads still continue with bad behavior.

Sometimes need to stay extended hours to support production, but not for all teams, so it depends on which department and team you are in

low salaries which is not fine for most of the people

Company has done hiring freeze and some shifty upper management maneuvering so stability there is not great

No part time option. Salary not that great HR is useless If your manager is good then only its nice place to work. HR doesnt play any role.

management is poor no structure no room for progression treated like a robot basic wage managers changing constantly no stability

Low paying for tech industry

Zero possibility for career advancement, they have had the whole company on a freeze for the past 4 years. Consistently hit quotas but was on "The List" for promotion for years Culture is in the toilet, even though upper management says it's great.

No Chance of On-site. Less learning opportunity as company uses traditional SAP system.
