-Overworked and Underpaid for responsibilities -More Sales-Focused over time -Management prone to micro-manage employees -Not a ton of opportunity to grow into other positions -High attrition rates leading to mismanagement

Toxic culture - IT Infra

IT management at the time when I was working was pretty unstable.

There's so much to do but much of it stays behind red tape because the organization is so large

I have had 4 bosses in 14 months. Some of the changes were because of a boss moving on, others were because of restructuring which has happened 2 times in the last 6 months. My job gets very repetitive

Scope of work keep changing. Your role mixed with project manager, consultant, advisory, presale, post sale. No life balance, when you want to perform 100%
