It has a good working culture, pleasant engagement activities, performance-based annual bonus (depending on company performance), and it is ideal for those aiming for a stable job.
Low base pay (good if you can negotiate, but they will still abide by their standard salary grade, so it is useless), rare to non-existent career progression, additional job responsibilities (additional workload for the same salary), and the annual merit increase are so minimal that you wouldn't even feel the difference.

If you're local, it’s an amazing place to work, but the commute can be a real drawback for those traveling from farther away. Overall, a good experience, but be prepared for a lengthy drive!

Onboarding was really good and people were quite welcoming. Especially when you’re not from an IT background it gives you the fundamental background. Also get access to educational content from LinkedIn Learning, Udemy and other learning platforms.
Bit hard to explain what the company is and does especially all different aspects of it. Was not 100% sure what was expected of the job and were using so many technical slang and abbreviations that you can get lost.
