Anonymous employee
Steady company, monthly pay, free food
Hardwork and diligent does not pay here. No need to lay off at MY coz many has resigned. Company needs to realize what makes these people go? Maintaining a minimum pay rise and low grading level makes the company a Great Place to Work; and always emphasizing on "we pay higher than industr average" Working here for decade solving complex problems and still be kept at junior level is nothing great to shout about except for the HR to make the above joke. Capping the associate's pay level while expecting more from us DOES NOT MAKE INGRAM MICRO A GREAT PLACE TO WORK.
- Great location for a HQ in central Orange County - Some bright people, who are friendly/can be outgoing - Fast growth in some areas
- Under-resourced departments create strain on employees - HR is not helpful for employees, their only purpose being to prevent law suits - Backstabbing, high pressure, and helpless coworkers (depending on area) - No job stability, new departures weekly, constant org changes; executives battling it out to remain relevant, employees concerned about career Seriously consider if this high-pressure, oft low performing industry and company are something you want to be a part of. The work life balance is fair, but it's best to come into the situation being prepared to leave at a moments notice, many managers and leaders are themselves unsure if they'll be around in the next month
Sales support associate
People and culture are good. More on cross training for you to handle some different vendor lines which is good to add up on your skills.
RTO is 10 days. 2 weeks straight. Pay is not that competitive unlike other BPOs. No incentives.

Cyber security consultant
Invest in employee. A lot of opportunity to learn different security products, either by online training or by attending tech summit. Allow claiming of professional certification exam fee if aligning with job scope.
Not enough opportunity to build work relationship with people outside of your daily range of engagement.
