It
They pay you for the first 40 hours of each week
They don't pay you for the additional 20+ hours of work per week that's expected. They treat people poorly, especially those in regional/remote areas and they will fire you with 0 notice without issue or care. You can show up to work and find your badge not working one day. The most they'll do for you is back up your desk and bring your box to you at the door.
Sales manager
exactly no pros at all
biggest problem here is corruption & trust, here you learn how not to trust anyone in corporate world, human resource team change benefits structure within few months they hire a person, managers show great loyalty and enthusiasm towards their company at the time of interview and later on ask for gifts (exactly as Government officers do). its always demotivating to see same people getting increments, promotions, gifts (just because the person is working 24x7 as housemaid/driver for managers family). Most of the decision makers doesn't even know people beyond regional managers, so its really very important to keep your bosses happy by any means if you want to grow in this company
