Unachievable targets set by stakeholders, poor customer technical support, very little communication between business functions

Negative no issues here today

Huge company... many times it is difficult to find the right folks to work with internally. And while there is a real attempt to act as a small nimble company, policies and procedures make that extremely difficult.

The decision-making process often felt slow and lacked clarity,

The company is simply a "mess", no investment in its employees, very flat organisation and no career path

No work-life balance and bad appraisals

More flexibility in the schedule

Not many opportunities for development
