Well just heard horrifying stories of how some HR professionals lost their jobs. NEVER ever speak up IN THIS ORGANIZATION - these guys are paying the price of speaking out and sharing realities on ground with GLOBAL teams. Stay away if you are applying, move out as no one is safe. If this happens to HR teams ...imagine others. looks like people responsible for compliance are first putting up traps and then blaming people for acting under senior guidance . SLOW CLAP. No one is SAFE. Hope the GLOBAL CEO can take note of this. It is such a serious matter- your reputation was just thrown in murky waters. (written on behalf employees wronged)

top management never interact with normal employees a lot of politics not a great merit increase

Limited opportunity for career growth

Less Diverse than expected it to be

Not employee benefits and employee friendly policies

Unstable due to shareholders interests. Seem to always have layoffs.
