Friendly environment, lots to learn about pharma industry.
Slow career growth, fully remote job.
Good management Good package No weekend working
Salary hikes are not keeping up with inflation
- Good work environment - Supportive management - Training provided
- Salary could be better
Work life balance is great
The salary might be below market rate
good work life balance, less office politics,
less salary hike and less promotion
Friendly colleague and can learn a lot from projects
Not ideal in base pay salary
Work from home, only needs to report to office at lease once in a month. Salary and bonuses are on a competitive level. Nice culture.
Some managers are not competent for their role. Limited career growth.
Flexibility and work from home
No or very slow growth
Some really great people putting in hard work to improve systems and processes.
So much is broken with no real path to course correction given past management. Manager is very much a micromanager with even one hour of your time to be reported to company instead of having the freedom to alter your schedule. Maternity leave is the worst I have seen in the industry.
good work life balance structure
bad bonus no long term career projectory
fully structured workload for employees to understand the work stream
too much hireachy and ppl talk behind back
Great, knowledgeable teams with experience from various other companies.
Very metric and bottom line driven, over the employees’ well-being and career advancement
A lot of opportunities, good benefits,
All about numbers, poor cross functional team communication and collaboration, undervalued. I had to apply for an internal position while being a current employee, because I was promoted within the last 2 years, so I couldn’t get promoted to this job until a certain time minimum. I got the job I had to apply for, but they still capped my salary increase at 20% from my old salary for the new position, which still put me well below the average salary for my new position. It’s not about the person here, no matter the hours and effort you put in. At the end of the day, everything and everyone is just a number and there aren’t exceptions. It was really discouraging
Best learning opportunities. The Best place to begin your career
Poor Hikes and bonus. No opportunity for growth
Big company Team-spirit. Resources and colleagues.
Lack of projects in my department. Some roles are not useful.
Many trainings and learning opportunities made available to all staff across the business Great culture, respectful and encouraging social activities Consulting teams have a work hard play hard culture which makes for a great place to work on tough projects Multi project staffing gives excellent exposure to many projects and areas for junior staff Great clients and projects
Very siloed with a lot of infighting between seniors Not very lean, with a lot of time wasted on usual big company inefficiencies for project management, timecards, "internal initiatives", and completely pointless HR initiatives and trainings Many seniors are unwilling or unable to push back on client requests and will run undercoated projects delivering poor results in order to meet short term targets. This is a driver of staff and clients leaving
Great culture, company ethos and vision. Flexible working. Great UK Wellbeing program. Good company benefits. The people!
Little room to progress unless you become a SLT favourite. Hard to implement plans and ideas due to constant budget restrictions. Difficult to pitch ideas up to SLT without having to go through several levels of command. Pay - competitors are paying significantly more hence retention problems.
This role is ideal for individuals new to Service Desk positions. It offers a valuable opportunity to enhance both technical and communication skills through continuous learning and development.
I have no negative feedback to provide on my end.
IQVIA has a lot of products and professionals which help me grow a lot in a short amount of time.
Lack of transparency in promotions.
Some teams have great people to work with
Company is sometimes a house of cards with slow periods and re-orgs.
Good environment, flexible hours, hybrid
No bonding between employees, not good benefits and allowances
Lots of opportunities for growth and development, collaborative culture, meaningful work
larger organization and fairly complex so can take time to get acclimated.
Good pay Good benefits Excellent colleagues
Middle East office management structure is not well structured
Plenty of professional growth available
Not Applicable at this time
Knowledge, work life balance is good.
growth is slow due to competition
Benefits are great. Unlimited PTO and flexible work schedule. Lots of autonomy in projects.
Lacks promotions, competitive salary, and product vision.
Lots of friendly corporate feel-good initiatives
Pay is too low vs others in industry
Excellent human management, lots of opportunities to learn and grow, managers are here to help you develop, support and help. Awesome team of collaborative and competent colleagues
Long hours sometimes. Pressure from client
Big company. Everything is streamlined. Good to gain experience.
Workload is high for senior positions. Communication is very inefficient and time-consuming across functions.
Work-life balance Robust systems and processes Ongoing training
Too many departments results in compartmentalization.
Does some interesting if not cutting edge work
Terrible CEO and upper management. Only focused on stock price
Flexibility, competitive benefits, forward thinking/advanced innovations, career development opportunities, promote well being, lots of ERGs
Nothing to share on cons
Good company , good technology and good management
Nothing to mention as of now
A leading company in the CROs
Less chance to learn new things
New technologies to learn Good team
Very poor hike No monetory benefits
Good wages, good benefits, depending on the team you are in you may find yourself surrounded by very competent people, but at the same time it's a gamble.
I am unsure of how to describe, but people are not that friendly unless you are in a position where you can help them. Rising through the ranks seems to be a slow process. Same with wage increases.
Good company with employee value prop
I'm not sure what to say here
nice people and co-workers no micromanaging LMs flexible work hours independent
benefits - not much pay is not top of the market IT/equipment is not optimal
Work Life Balance Hybrid Mode
Not Available Currently to be discussed
Work life Balance in general
Salary is less in comparison with market standards
Competitive pay, job stability, and extremely intelligent coworkers
Career development is very slow since this is an extremely large company.
Work life balance Work from home
Automation limitation. Accommodating latest technology.
Work life balance pay projects
Nothing as such no pros
Good culture and supportive environment to work in.
not much company benefits and bonuses
Learning from the best in the industry.
Lower salary, no merrit, no promotions.
decent benefits, bonus, time off.
Upper management values revenue over everything. The wrong people are being promoted. Performance reviews are a joke.

Very independent work, not much suport
Amazing company to work for
Contract sales are not for everyone
