Not much of an increase in salary each year. You’re glued to your phone for this role- constantly on the phone with patients, which gets repetitive and somewhat boring. You’re expected to do a certain amount of virtual calls with your patients and this is how you get your two bonuses per year. If you don’t meet the goal for virtuals, you don’t get the bonus $ (and it’s frowned upon by management if you don’t meet that goal). Bonuses are also heavilyyyy taxed! Your managers also have to spend an hour and a half listening to your calls with patients every two months or so, which is annoying and honestly feels awkward for you and the patient. There are meetings constantly being thrown onto your calendar, which is frustrating if you’ve scheduled calls with patients and have to move things around. Feels a bit like sales when you’re having to push virtual calls onto your patients who don’t have any interest in them.

Salary never increased and promotions were very rare at smaller business locations. It made it hard to feel valued and the lack of significant salary increase after being loyal to the company for 7+ years never caught up with daily living costs.

Poor work life balance, salary does not meet industry standards

Low resources compared to the amount of work.

Bad culture coming from the leadership. The consulting group is toxic and can be very political. There is not a nurturing and supportive environment and employees are often exploited / not respected. There is also no proper structure for performance review / promotion etc. Not good for personal growth and career progression

I left IQVIA because upon promotion it is not possible to negotiate an internal promotion after a six month promotion freeze.

Micromanagement, Managers will put you under the bus, they have yearly target for PIP so they will put you in PIP even for minor mistake done in whole year. I recommend not to join even if you are getting good hike
