Job security issues is compromised with completion of project

Cons were that it was such a big company that communication was pretty bad. Also, people were leaving and being hired at such a fast pace that the people I needed to get a hold of were gone. Also, the workload was not consistent and was either too high for comfort or there wasn't enough to do. It all depended on how much the sponsor sent us and for 6 months in a row we were overloaded. Finally, we were laid off abruptly after being transferred to a team to start working on another project. None of my managers knew supposedly so not much communication.

Huge company, redundant trainings, so many acronyms

Constantly chasing revenue targets, under resourced

Need to update project to new technology.

There are no disadvantages, but you can always find a better balance for your professional and personal life that is sometimes not well heard

Everyone is stuck in their role. Career growth stopped. Bonuses decreased.
