Hired for a role, upon joining there was change in management. Within an year I observed multiple organisational changes, layoffs and was finally laid off after one year. They don't have the right budgets for software development, they don't have the right goals. Also, variable payout in their offer letter is a scam.

Sometimes high workload, but managed properly

its a very flat structure which has its benefits as there's less politics but means very little room to grow

Work culture to be improved

The work life balance can be off depends on the project

Worklife balance, for higher positions the salary is below average

Nothing all good for me

Some employees are toxic (regardless of rank). Though I think this happen in most companies

No work life balance, salary appraisal is not very good
