Awful managers, all have favorites, They are surprisingly unprofessional and despite corporate training there is rampant sexism. commission structure is a secret so you never know what you are getting, but it is far less than the industry standard.

Seniors are from very long years they don't let you grow, they target u from day 1

Pay and bonus, insurance and leaves

low work low income, you don't get to practice any harder skills

Work pressure, stress, no flexibility
