High workload, tight deadlines, competitive environment.

Too much restructuring, too often

- Poor work-life balance and working culture - Stressful and toxic working environment, managers - Overtime work are expected especially with juniors - Managers only know how to 'delegate' work, not doing the work - Have to work under very stringent and unrealistic timeline - Lack of teamwork and togetherness - Very high turnover rate, especially for juniors - Bonuses lack of transparency and fairness - Unrealistic workload and work assignment

work life balance is great

Been here 2 years and 3 months and every request for just a basic cost of living raise has been denied. I literally still make what I was making the day I started, while inflation has experienced record highs. It is quite obvious that they see no point in giving raises as when employees quit over no raises, they simply higher a new body to replace them at the same wage.
