Management have no input, let team get away with murder.

Driven almost exclusively by short term revenue. Truly challenged to invest in anything internally. Suffers from conglomerate syndrome... too many functional pieces and difficulty prioritizing effort of those pieces. Diversity there was also a joke. Most teams were white men and women and as you got more senior, the women left the room.

Less pay compared to competetion

The sheer size seems to create challenges, including internal competition.

Very slow proffesional progress and small salary increase.

Poor work life balance No other company except Iqvia ask for this role Whole lot of responsibilities given to CML. People working in the trails have no idea what CML does. Poor variable pay and apprisal. Apparisal cycle changes from Jul to Oct and gave no arrears . Average hike of 4 %
