Clean room environment, friendly co-workers and excellent opportunities to advance. The pay is worth the work and the positions are incredibly easy to learn how to do.
The only bad part about working here is if your not used to being on your feet for 12 hours a day/night.

The management clearly picks favorites. They allow their special favorites to do whatever they want and yell at other for doing the same things. Several of the male managers and leads are absolute perverts who prey on the women that are under them. It's disgusting and it's obvious that sexual favors are traded for prime positions or better treatment. Of course none of the actual bad behavior seems to be caught on cameras even though we are told they're always watching. Employees who do nothing but stir up trouble get away with it everyday.

Competitive Salary: Pay scales are fair. • Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental. • Wealth Building: Profit sharing and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP) are excellent.
Management Gaps: Leadership often feels out of touch with the day-to-day operations. • Work Culture: High turnover in leadership roles creates a lack of stability for the rest of the team.
Quality engineer
Systems and procedures in place to assist day-to-day tasks. Job scope are well defined. Great coworkers to work with and seniors willing to share/train new people. Frequent trainings and workshops held for self-development.
Working hours may depend on which section you belong, expected to be on standby during nighttime due to 24 hours production. Certain departments may be toxic which impact your work progress.

No prior knowledge is really not an issue here, although I'd prefer mnore of it
Limited as to what you may adjust in order to improve the machinery, lack of engagement by upper management.
